英文摘要 | Japan started to carry out the updating system of the teachers qualification certificate in 2009, the process was not smooth. The counseling sessions was important to the introduction and promotion of the updating system of the teachers qualification certificate, the regulatory reform and relevant meetings against the updating system, but the game among the Ministry of education, the cabinet, the cabinet economic and financial consultation meetings and the regulation reform made the updating system of the teachers qualification certificate finally established. |
