Research on the Monitoring and Guidance of Internet Public Opinions in Universities in Microblog Environment— a Case Study of the Monitoring and Guidance of Sensitive Political Information

引进国外先进成熟的信息监测与引导技术LanguageTool，用以解决微博环境下高校网络舆情的监测与引导实践问题。以微博政治敏感信息监测为突破，利用敏感信息模式识别、规则标记、监测与校正等技术，提出以半自动化、具有预防机制的高校微博敏感信息识别、采集、监测与引导的解决方案。经过实践证明，它发挥了交叉学科各自优势，能够提高高校微博舆情监测与引导工作的效率和效果。

The advanced mature information monitoring and guidance technology, LanguageTool, is adopted to resolve the problem of the monitoring and guidance of Internet public opinions in universities in microblog environment. The monitoring and guidance of sensitive political information is a breakthrough. It’s a semi-auto university microblog sensitive information recognition, collection and monitoring and guidance solution with prevention mechanism, based on such technologies as sensitive information pattern recognition, rule makeup, monitoring and proofreading.
