離異者對離異事件理性信念、生氣特質與社會適應關係之研究

Research on the Relationship among Rational Beliefs%2C Trait Anger and Social Adjustments about Divorce

本研究旨在探討離異者對離異事件理性信念、生氣特質與社會適應之關係，並進一步探討離異者對離異事件理性信念、生氣特質對於社會適應的影響。本研究採用問卷調查的方式，以高雄市、屏東縣市離異者為研究對象，使用「離異者理性信念量表」、「生氣特質量表」、「社會適應量表」等測量工具，共計發出問卷750 份，得有效問卷239 份，主要發現如下：（一）離異者不合理信念出現頻率趨向中度；生氣特質出現頻率中度偏低；社會適應情形大致良好；（二）不同背景變項之離異者其不合理信念、生氣特質與社會適應有差異；（三）不合理信念與生氣特質有顯著的正相關，與社會適應有顯著負相關；生氣特質與社會適應有顯著負相關；（四）離異者背景變項與不合理信念對社會適應具有某種程度的預測力，其中以「逃避困難」層面的預測力最大。根據研究結果，本研究針對離異朋友、政府、社會及相關單位及後續研究提供建議。

This research examines how the divorced are related to and affected by rationalbeliefs， trait anger and social adjustments towards the divorce itself. 750questionnaires are distributed to the subjects in Kaohsiung City and Pingtung area;239 returns are valid responses. Rational Beliefs Scale for the Divorced， theTrait-Anger Scale， and the Social Adjustments Scale are engaged for measurement，and the main findings are as follows: (1) the frequencies of irrational beliefs aboutdivorce are moderate; trait anger frequencies are lower than the average， while socialadjustments are generally good; (2) differences are found in rational beliefs， traitanger， and social adjustments of the divorced from different background variables; (3)irrational beliefs are correlated positively with trait anger and negatively with socialadjustments， while trait anger is negatively correlated with social adjustments; and (4)the background variables and irrational beliefs of the divorced have a certain level ofprediction towards social adjustments， and ‘Difficulty Avoidance’ level has thehighest predictability. The results of this research could be beneficial for futurestudies on consultation about divorce， and might provide suggestions to relevantauthorities.
