The education conglomeration means that several schools grouped together as a school conglomeration with mutual benefits and shared honor. They cooperate on organizational operation and culture, produce synthetic accountability, and solve some problems concern about inequality in educational resources, schooling opportunities and educational quality, as well as deficiency in excellent schools. Education conglomeration for elementary schools is a hot topic in conducting educational policy and educational researches in China nowadays, also have referenced values to reform the educational governance in Taiwan. The study discussed the core belief, theoretical bases, requirements for successful development, available development types, encountering problems, and improving strategies about the education conglomeration for elementary schools to shape a systematic discourse as references to elementary schools and educational authorities in Taiwan. |
