思考與行動的全球化

今（2019）年INQAAHE雙年會的第二場專題講座，由任職挪威教育品質保證機構（the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, NOKUT）外國教育主任的Stig Arne Skjerven擔任講者，Skjerven亦是「歐洲地區資訊中心網絡暨歐盟國家學術資歷認可資訊中心」（ENIC-NARIC，ENIC全名為European Network of Information Centres in the European Region；NARIC則為National Academic Recognition Information Centres in the European Union）的主席。Skjerven在「思考與行動的全球化」（Thinking and acting globally）此一主題下，以「認可、品質保證及資歷架構在學生與人材流動之角色：挑戰與機會」（The role of recognition, quality assurance and qualifications frameworks for student and talent mobility: challenges and opportunities）為講題進行演講，相關內容摘述如下。
