運用360°領導於輔導員工作之芻議――以高雄市國教輔導團為例

Use 360 Degree Leadership in Kaohsiung Compulsory Education Advisory Group— A Case Study of Kaohsiung City

十二年國民基本教育課程綱要將正式上路，國教輔導團專任輔導員擔負推行課程重責，值此變革之際，本文旨在瞭解高雄市國民教育輔導團專任輔導員以360°領導進行業務推動的情形，以半結構式訪談，蒐集資料分析輔導員向上、同儕以及向下領導的現狀，探詢其運用360°領導提升輔導員工作效能之方法，從三個面向提出輔導員提升工作效能的策略：（一）向上領導方面：主動積極，勇於任事；（二）同儕領導方面：分工合作，專業領軍；（三）向下領導方面：以身作則，協力同行。以期供輔導員推行業務參考，俾利國家教育政策的落實及教育人力資源的善用。 This study aims to know how the advisory group members use 360-Degree leadership in their work. In conclusion, there are three strategies proposed to promote advisory group members' working efficiency. For leading up: advisory group members should be positive and responsible. For leading across: advisory group members should cooperate with others and lead others with profession. For leading down: advisory group members should be good examples to others and help each other at the same time.
