英文摘要 | This paper explores the organization and operation of interdisciplinary professional community of gifted education teachers, in particular operation of the development of teachers’ skills for interdisciplinary collaboration within existing curricula, as well as the integration of specialized professional knowledge and expertise in different profession fields to foster interdisciplinary mutual communication and understanding. Problem-solving efforts in interdisciplinary professional learning community are also analyzed for future reference. |
