Development characteristics of IB curriculum in Germany
This paper briefly reviews the development of the IB curriculum in Germany， and summarizes the four characteristics of its development: concentration in western and southern parts; DP program as the most implemented program; consistency of the diploma certification policy; the relatively high proportion of public schools implementing IB curriculum. Then， this paper gives a detailed introduction to the implementation of DP program in German public grammar schools， and lists the main problems that appear in the process of developing IB curriculum in Germany from the perspective of government， schools， academic circle and parents. Based on these， the article finally provides some policy recommendations for the development of IB curriculum in China.
