被围困的流动儿童家长教育期望 ——基于北京市C 区问卷调查的实证研究

Educational Aspirations of the Migrant Children’s Parents Under Siege: An Empirical Study Based on the Questionnaire Survey of C District in Beijing

Data for analysis came from 340 migrant children and their parents who participate in the survey by multistage sampling in Beijing. Using multivariable linear regression analysis methods， this article systematically analyses the factors of the educational aspirations. The results show that the educational expectation will go higher with the degree of mothers’ education going higher. Meanwhile， the middle and the high classes in income and non-peasant-workers have a higher educational expectation. The key is that the household registration system has an impact on parents’ educational expectation and strengthens the influence of family backgrounds. In addition， the family background has different effects on the educational expectations of peasant-workers and non-peasant-workers. In short， the small differences in the family conditions of migrant children (educational and economic conditions) constitute the differences in parental education expectations. This influence is magnified and strengthened by the difference of household registration， which leads to the disadvantaged reproduction of peasant workers.
