Investigation on the Career Decision-Making Difficulties of Graduate Students Majored in Education

The study on graduate students' career decision-making difficulties is of great significance to their successful employment. The author conducts a questionnaire survey of 697 graduate students majored in education to explore the potential types and characteristics of their career decision -making difficulties. It is found out that the career decision -making difficulties of graduate students majored in education can be categorized into four types. The majority of graduate students majored in education are faced with career decision -making difficulties. Gender and stage differences are also revealed. The study puts forward several suggestions on the establishment of need-based career counseling system for universities.
