20世纪30年代中国社会教育发展路径的探索——以中国社会教育社为中心的考察

The Exploration of the Development of Social Education in China in the 1930s: Focusing on Social Education League of China

Social Education League of China is the first national association of social education in Ch-- na. It aims at studying and promoting social education and has gathered a group of elites of the same age but with quite different experiences in the education field. This paper points out that modern social education in China amed to establish a society-based education system， advocated the unification of the politics and the education， and paid attention to rural construction. The logic of doing this was rooted in China?s basic national conditions of ＂establishing the country with agriculture＂ and the potential political tendency in Chinese educational tradition. This reflects the common goal of Social Education League of China to reform the society by reforming education and to promote the process of China?s educational modernization in the exploration of the localization of social education.
