英文摘要 | The supply-side structural reform in the educational field has become a hot topic of discussion. Current studies, conducted in conjunction with a specific problem or from a micro-education area, display many ambiguities between each other. This paper argues that in the practice of promoting supply-side structural reform of education, it is of great significance to clarify its essential meaning and grasp its general direction. Based on a review of the origin, theoretical basis and relevant researches concerning the supply-side structural reform of education, this paper points out the essence and three key points of the reform. It then discusses the erroneous zones that need to be avoided in the reform process. Finally, combined with the important measures taken since the 18th CPC National Congress and based on the theory of elements, the paper forecasts the direction of the supply-side structural reform in the educational field from the perspectives of four "factors of production" for improving the service of educational supply. |
