英文摘要 | A Framework for Teaching(FfT) is a teaching evaluation tool developed by Charlotte Danielson. FfT analyses and evaluates teachers’ professional development from before class, in class and after class aspects and provide suggestions for their future career. FfT involves four domains:Planning and Preparation, The Classroom Environment, Instruction and Professional Responsibilities and twenty-two components. This paper introduces the content and structure of FfT, FfT’s development, characteristics and its application value. |
