英文摘要 | This paper discusses the social and cultural connotation of the age, and denies the causal relationship between chronological age and academic vitality. Based on statistical analysis of data from different sources» it explains the influence mechanism of continuous recognition and rewards as key events in the academic life cycle. Furthermore, the rationality about age as a tool of academic policy is analyzed? and the necessity of the policy design of the age friendly orientation is put forward. |
