英文摘要 | In recent years, although some MOOC platforms have designed some interactive tools and methods to meet the needs of learners' in-depth interaction, the effect is not ideal. Promoting MOOC online interaction and effectively realizing the online depth interaction is the key to improving the quality of MOOC teaching. This study used grounded theory to explore the deep-seated causes that affect MOOC online interaction. The results show that willingness to participate, individual ability, teaching situation , knowledge support, and service atmosphere are the five main factors that have signif~cant impacts on the depth of interaction. Among them, willingness to participate and individual ability are the internal factors. Teaching situation, knowledge atmosphere and support services are external factors. On this basis , this paper continued to explore the factors and mechanism of jive main categories , and construct an "intention-context-behavior" model for MOOC online interaction. The research provides a strategy and implementation path for the depth of MOOC online in-depth interaction. |
