英文摘要 | The construction of learning society and lifelong education system is an extremely important task for China' s current and future social development and education reform. This article emphasizes both knowing and doing. Connecting theories and practices, it takes the meaning and difference of learning society, lifelong education and lifelong learning as the starting point of analyses. It reviews the connotation of lifelong education system construction and looks back upon its past policies and practices as a breakthrough point. Based on the analysis of the "internal" and "external" realities and severe challenges of the educational system, it tries to propose comprehensive, systematic, and forward-looking development ideas and suggestions for future. |
