英文摘要 | As an important form of informal learning outside the traditional campus , workplace learning has received increasing attention worldwide since the end of last century. However, with more and more effective learning activities observed in our daily life, Lij'eplace Learning has been proposed as an alternative to workplace learning. The purpose of this paper is to give a comprehensive introduction of this new learning model, lifeplace learning, including its connotation, characteristics, development in practices, as well as its educational value and significance. By using the method of literature analysis and comparative analysis, the paper explored why lifeplace learning should substitute Workplace Learning from three aspects of "work" , "place" and "learning" ; explained the feasibility of promoting Lifeplace Learning in practice by introducing the pilot LPL project, which was launched by some European countries jointly to provide quality certification for lifeplace learning; and on this basis , the paper further analyzed the function and significance of lifeplace learning to promote education equality, social inclusion, and lifelong learning worldwide. |
