英文摘要 | The physical logic of the teachers’ professional development ignores the structural reform movement of the teachers’ own experience. Professional consciousness is the basic experience of teachers’ professional development. Because of the professional consciousness is the starting point of teachers' professional development, teachers’ consciousness can reorganization energy of teachers’ development, teachers’ consciousness is the aim of teachers’ professional development, so the professional consciousness is the growth point of teachers’ professional development. The logic of teachers’ professional development based on the professional consciousness performs the experience logic: the professional experience perceives the objects; the professional judgment constructs the contents ; the professional expression creates the forms. |
