中文摘要 | 大学教师管理制度建设是现代大学制度建设不能回避的重要内容。聘任制和工资制改革都是我国构建现代大学教师管理制度的努力,但面临着行政化和市场化的挑战。调查发现,现行教师管理制度的功利化政策导向对教师工作自主性产生了严重影响。大学教师管理制度改革需要进一步完善教师评价制度,通过转变管理方式来激发教师的创造力。 |
英文摘要 | Establishing teacher management system for modern university is indispensable to Modern University System. The reforms of faculty appointment system and wage system have made some achievement, but still face the challenges of marketization and bureaucratization. It is found that the quantitative approach to university teachers' evaluation system has jeopardized teachers' academic autonomy. Future reform should focus on the improvement of teacher evaluation system and the transformation of management style so as to enhance the performance and creativity of university teachers. |
