Research on Mechanism of EU Education Policy Formation from the Perspective of Multi-Level Government

在欧盟教育政策形成机制中，各主要参与机构扮演着各自不同的角色，这些机构在代表利益方面的固有差别构成了欧盟教育政策机制中超国家、国家和次国家利益交织并存、互动博弈的复杂景象。文章对欧盟教育政策形成机制的特征和其中存在的问题进行了分析。

The main policymaking bodies play different roles in the mechanism of EU education policy formation. These bodies represent inherent different interests, which leads to coexistences and complex interaction of three levels of educational interests between supra-nation, nation and sub-nation in the mechanism of EU education policy formation. This paper also analyzes the characteristics of mechanism of EU education policy formation and some problems in it.
