On the New Plan of Higher Education Funding & Student Finance in England──Based on the Analysis of Securing a Sustainable Future for Higher Education in England

The study focused on the Browne's Report－Securing a Sustainable Future for Higher Education in England. It analyzed the relative background and the main contents of the new plan of higher education Funding & Student Finance in England. Then the analysis pointed out that its essential target lied in the enhancement of education participation level, the improvement of equality of teaching and safeguarding the higher education sustainable development and so on. It took into account of the different stakeholders' interests. However, the current British government's public finance deflation policy and the conservative party's political ideology would possibly be the hindrances of the plan.
