英文摘要 | Through the field work in a public school for migrant children,the author finds that control and recreation for the characteristics of the teaching behavior increased the likelihood of academic failure of migrant children that made it easier for children to eliminate from the education competition in advance. Teachers' self-experience of school education was important to the teaching behavior. The contradiction showed by experience and behavior illustrates that teachers had the potential of reformer,and emphasizes that need to focus and change on the collision between actors with specific social situation for digging the potential. |
