中文摘要 | CAS专业标准是美国高校学生事务管理广泛使用的专业标准,CAS专业标准自我评估指引(SAG)则是美国各高校利用标准进行自我评估的最重要的参照工具。本文着重介绍如何运用SAG进行CAS专业标准的自我评估,并指出SAG以自我调整和自我评估的价值取向为前提,以良好的校园环境和发展机构为保障,以评估团队的全员化与专业化为要求,以重视评估过程、追求卓越为目标的特点,以期对我国学生事务管理专业标准的建立及评估有所启示。 |
英文摘要 | While CAS professional standards are widely used in the student affairs of American higher education, the CAS self-assessment guide (SAG) is the most important reference for the American colleges and universities to conduct self-assessment. The article focuses on how to use SAG to conduct self-assessment of CAS professional standards, and points out four characteristics of SAG which are the value orientation of self-regulation and self-assessment, great school environment and development agency, full and professional assessment team and the importance of assessment process. These are enlightening to the design of professional standards and development of assessment of student affairs for higher education in China. |
