中文摘要 | 社會人口結構改變促成多世代的家人互動關係,使得家庭代間議題相關研究逐漸受到關注。百年老店為家族企業經營之典範,同時蘊含著豐富的社會文化價值,不僅是由家人關係組成的經濟實體,同時透過親代與子代之間的代間互動而得以構成認知、態度與技能三方面的經驗傳承。本研究目的包括探究百年老店的接班傳承進程、家庭代間關係,以及百年老店永續經營之特質。研究方法採用半結構式的深度訪談,共選取9位百年老店現任經營者進行研究。藉由瞭解老店經營者的內在觀點,探究世代交替之下百年老店接班傳承與代間關係的意涵,藉以理解他們對生活情境所賦予的意義與價值。 |
英文摘要 | Changes in demography structure of society promote more interaction between generations also highlight the importance of intergenerational issues in family studies. They show the lifestyles of a region which implies social and cultural values among people. The interaction among family members constitutes a knowledge, attitude and skills in the three ways of succession from generation to generation. The method of the study conducts semistructured depth interviews among 9 subjects. The purposes of the study are as the following: Firstly, to probe the process of succession in century-old family business, including the motivation of succession and the way of nurture and training toward successors. Secondly, to understand the intergenerational relations in century-old stores families, including the way of intergenerational interaction and the content of roles, responsibilities and behaviors in a family. |
