中文摘要 | 教育权利与义务是教育法学研究的重点问题,以教育权利与义务为切入点的研究已取得 一定成果。运用文献计量可视化软件,绘制CNKI 数据库2000—2015 年文献的关键词共现网络图谱, 可知教育权利与义务的研究范围集中于: 义务教育、高等教育、教育均衡等。渐强型研究前沿包括: 教 师权利与义务、教育均衡发展和美国经验; 稳健型研究前沿包括: 教育法律法规、教育法律关系、依法治 教和受教育权; 最新研究前沿有: 教育法律救济、弱势群体的受教育权利保护和择校。基于文献分析可 知: 以教育权利与义务为切入点的研究,更加关注教育法律实际问题的分析与对策的提出,这也将成为 今后研究的发展趋势。 |
英文摘要 | Educational rights and obligations are the key issue in educational laws and achievements have been made in the researches on educational rights and obligations. Using the bibliometric visualization software and drawing the keywords co-occurrence network map of the literature from CNKI database 2000—2015, we can see the researches on educational rights and obligations focus on: compulsory education,higher education and balanced development of education. Crescendo type research frontiers include: teachers’educational rights and obligations,balanced development of education and American experience. Steady gradually based research frontiers include: educational laws and regulations,the legal relationship of education,governing education by law and right to education. The emerging research frontiers are: education law relief,protection of the educational rights and school choice among the vulnerable groups. The literature analysis shows that educational rights and obligations as the entry point of research will be the future trend and further focus on the analysis of the practical problems and solutions to education laws. |
