英文摘要 | Pre-service education of Germany vocational education teachers contains two stages: the university learning and the preparation phase. The setup of vocational specialty is the foundation of the implementation of teacher education for vocational education. Unlike traditional disciplinary specialty, vocational specialty is set up based on the vocational field to cultivate the vocational education teachers? abilities in the technique, work and e-ducation domains. The connotation, the standard, the training goal and the content of vocational specialty have strong vocational characteristics, which led to the discussion of vocational specialty in the aspect of basis science, independent specialty in universities, and shortages of vocational education teachers. The discussion of the above issues can provide reference and inspiration to specialty construction in our vocational education teachers5 education. |
