英文摘要 | In order to promote national security, social stability, the United States build a relatively complete policy system on immigrant children^ education through top-level policy design and specific policies arrangement. Taking bilingual education as core policy, good results have been achieved, making the rapid promotion of ? bilingual education in whole USA, and promoting the cultural integration and educational equity between different groups through implementation of bilingual education programs. Analysis found that bilingual education is the key policies to promote immigrant children's educational equity in USA, the formation of immigrant children ^ education policy is repetitive and tortuous, and immigrant children? s education is backed by a strong and multiple financial security policy. |
