Study on Curriculum Paradigm of Modern Elementary Education in Russia

在现代教育中“课程范式”被视作课程理念及实施策略的集合体系，它是科学理 论和方法论的综合，而一种新课程范式的出现往往又与教育思想和教育活动类型的转变有 着密切的关系。俄罗斯现代基础教育课程范式倡导个体发展指向的教学模式，主张教育要 实现人的发展，教育教学过程中必须将儿童视为独立的个体，创造有利条件使他们的潜能得 到充分展现。个体发展指向的现代基础教育课程范式，其理论研究与实践探索反映了俄罗 斯国家顺应时代要求、追求教育现代化、人文化以及个性化发展的教育新愿景。

Curriculum paradigm in modern education is considered as a collective system of educational concept and educational strategy and is an integration of scientific theory and methodology. The appearance of a new kind of education paradigm is closely related to the new educational concepts and the types of activities. The modem education paradigm in Russia based on personality-centered development advocates that education is to realize personal development and that education must regard children as individuals-and offer everyone a successful chance in which they can fully display their potentials* With the reform in Russian political， economic and social relations， the development of modernization in the educational field is not avoided. The appearance of basic education paradigm based on personality-centered development in modern foreign language indicates that Russia-meets the requirement of this era aniseeks for educational globalization and new educational vision of humanity and personal development.
