建構高職美髮教師教學品質量表

The Development of a Scale to Evaluate the Teaching Quality for Hairdressing Curriculum in Vocational High Schools

高職美髮教師的教學品質直接影響學生學習與成果，若要將教學品質提升，就需要先擁有能準確測量教學品質優劣之能力，因此本研究目的為編製高職美髮教師教學品質量表，作為有效評量美髮教師教學品質的良莠之用。本研究首先透過專家訪談及模糊德菲法編製預試量表，再經由因素分析萃取出主要因素，研究結果發現高職美髮教師教學品質可分為「互動與評量」、「教學熱忱」、「專業能力」三構面，共17題，並具有良好的信效度。

Teaching quality of Hairdressing teachers in vocational high school affects student learning and achievement. To enhance the quality of teaching, we need to have the ability to accurately measure the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching quality. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation criteria of teaching quality for the hairdressing curriculum in vocational high schools. First, the prototype of a scale for evaluating the quality of hairdressing curriculum is obtained through expert interviews and a fuzzy Delphi method. Then we factor analyze the collected data to extract the main factors. The results found that the scale can be divided into three facets, including ＂interaction and assessment＂, ＂teaching passion＂, and ＂professional competence.＂ The scale consists of 17 items with good reliability and validity.
