英文摘要 | A large number of paraprofessionals have been employed by inclusive school to assist professionals to provide special education and related services in the United States. Paraprofessionals as personnel support for inclusive education can^ be ignored. After years of development, paraprofessional system becomes more and more perfect in the United States. This paper analyzes the definition and responsibilities of paraprofessional, paraprofessionals hiring, paraprofessional trainings and paraprofessionals supervising and directing. Based on these, paper summarizes the characters of paraprofessional system for inclusion in the United States. |
