Strategies for and Practices of Building World-Class Universities in France： Paris-Saclay University as an Example

上世纪90年代末以来，世界各国兴起了创建世界一流大学的热潮。法国也在应对全球化挑战并 摆脱自身发展困境过程中对高等教育实施了突破性的重大改革，探索着建设世界一流大学的法国模式。本文 以巴黎-萨克雷大学为典型案例，阐述该校建设世界一流大学的改革背景、发展历程、战略规划及实践成效，及其基于“卓越大学计划”模式的治理结构、多学科跨机构的开放型人才培养体系以及“产学研”紧密结合的协同创新平台。

In the late 1990s^ with the global trend in creating world-class universities' France implemented a breakthrough major reform in higher education and explored the French model of creating world-class universities，in order to address globalization challenges and the plight of universities. With Paris-Saclay University as a typical case，this paper explained the background of the reform，the course of development? strategic planning and practice of building world-class universities in France， together with Frances IDEX-based mode of governance' multidisciplinary and interagency training system， and open， collaborative innovation platform.
