硕士研究生创新精神特征及影响因素分析

An Empirical Study on Innovation Spirit of Graduate Students

本文使用“2014 年首都高校学生发展调查”数据，对硕士研究生创新精神特征和影响因素进行了 实证分析。结果表明，“985”高校学生、男生、城市生源、专业硕士、毕业班学生的创新精神相对较高。在控制 了院校特征、家庭背景和个人特征因素的条件下，学生的求学动机、学校环境、学生参与以及师生互动四方 面会显著地影响其创新精神。有更加充分的专业兴趣、专业自信和专业理想，学习成绩好、有出国交流经历、 有丰富的实习实践经历、有积极主动的学习行为的学生，其创新精神往往较高；跨学科实践类课程、“规范导 向”和“激发导向”的教学方式以及校内外导师对学生的指导等都会对学生创新精神培养产生显著的积极作 用。

Based on the survey data of Beijing university students' development in 2014， this study conducts an empirical analysis on the characteristics and influence factors of graduate students' innovation spirit. The results show that the innovation spirit of ＂985＂ college students， male students， urban students， professional masters， seniors is relatively high. The innovation spirit among graduate students is largely affected by students' learning motivation， education environment， students' participation and interaction between teachers and students， when college characteristics， family background and personal characteristics are controlled.
