The Analysis of Regulation Implementation on Education Experiment of School Style— Taking National Education Stage as Example
The study initiated from regulation implementation on education experiment of school style， firstly， to explain the meaning after proclamation of experimental education three-law， followed by the analysis of its regulation contents with brief description on the related connection of the essence. Secondly， to propose six key management factors covering unique education concept with innovative effects so as to attract both students and parents. With comprehensive curriculum plan and teaching carried into force， the student stays out of being a laboratory mouse; the teacher faculty possess profession， passion， love and patience to devote themselves in the innovative teaching; making a complete experimental rules of their own， trying effort to avoid enactment obstacles， rebuilding the organizational system of school management， making sure the environmental and teaching facility in order up to the requirement for curriculum and teaching so as to show a brand new education feature reflected in the school management performance in teachers’ innovative teaching and students’ learning performance. Thirdly， to address the connotation of the regulations remains to be clarified for further studied. Lastly， to conclude with applied strategies and expectations of both public and private school students with personal reflection and suggestion to schools， teachers， parents and the authority concerned.
