中文摘要 | 本研究採用問卷調查法,探究桃竹苗地區國民小學代理代課教師知覺組織支持、心理契約與組織公民行為之關係。問卷發放604份,回收524份,有效問卷513份,於問卷回收後進行統計分析,研究結果如下:一、代理代課教師對知覺組織支持、心理契約與組織公民行為知覺屬中高程度。二、不同年齡、任職類型、教育程度與學校地區的代理代課教師對知覺組織支持的感知有顯著差異。三、不同年齡的代理代課教師對心理契約的知覺有顯著差異。四、不同年齡、教師證、服務年資與學校地區的代理代課教師對組織公民行為的知覺有顯著差別。五、知覺組織支持、心理契約與組織公民行為,存有顯著正相關。六、知覺組織支持與心理契約對組織公民行為具有顯著的預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The study used a questionnaire survey to understand the relationship among the substitute teachers’ perceived organizational support, psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior in elementary schools in Taoyuan city, Hsinchu city, Hsinchu county and Miaoli county. 604 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, 524 of them were retrieved, and 513 of them were valid questionnaire. After the retrieval of the questionnaire, this study analyzed the data by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. All assumptions were investigated and validated. The results of the study were as follows:1. Substitute teachers have medium-high perception degree toward perceived organizational support, psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior. 2. There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward perceived organizational support in area, age, duty type, education for the elementary school substitute teachers.3. There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward psychological contract in age for the elementary school substitute teachers. 4. There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward organizational citizenship behavior in area, age, teacher’s certificate, seniority for the elementary school substitute teachers.5. There is a significant positive correlation among perceived organizational support, psychological contract, and organizational citizenship behavior.6. There is a significant positive canonical correlation among perceived organizational support, psychological contract, and organizational citizenship behavior.7. The substitute teachers’ perceived organizational support and psychological contract has high predictive power toward organizational citizenship behavior |
