＂互联网+＂冶时代中国成人学习变革

The Age of the Internet and the Revolution of Chinese Adult Learning

中国劳动力数量巨大，但平均受教育程度较低。中国经济正处于从粗放式增长向集约式增长转 变之中，人力资源质量是其中的关键性因素，因此，中国对成人学习的需求比其它国家强烈得多。互联网技术的 进步给中国成人学习带来新机遇，中国成人学习也迫切需要拥抱互联网技术。本研究分析了互联网技术对中国 成人学习带来的变革，认为互联网技术的进步给中国成人学习带来了两次重大机遇:一是E-learning 的出现，使 中国成人学习得以全面普及，突破性地拓展了中国成人学习的广度，至少理论上中国成人学习可以实现全覆盖; 二是MOOC 的冲击，极大地提高了成人学习的自主性，增强了成人学习的深度。在两次机遇中，高校与企业都扮 演着重要角色。本研究在具体分析两次机遇下高校E-learning 及企业E-learning、高校MOOC 及企业MOOC 对 成人学习变革的基础上认为，移动学习技术未来将给中国成人学习带来第三次新机遇，使得成人学习加速，大规 模促进成人社会化学习。本文提出成人学习的技术变革模型，认为技术变革的环境要素有经济、信息化、人群三 个方面，技术变革的路径选择有接受性学习、探究性学习、社会化学习。

China's labor force， although very large in quantity， is still relatively low in average education level. In the transition of China s economy from an extensive to an intensive growth mode， human resource quality becomes a key factor for economic development. Therefore， the demand for adult learning in China is much stronger than that of other countries. While the progress of the Internet technology has brought new opportunities to China's adult learning， China爷s adult learning is also in an urgent need to embrace the Internet technology. This paper analyzes the changes in China爷s adult learning when coming across the Internet technology. Internet technology has introduced two major opportunities for China's adult learning. First， the emergence of E-learning makes the China's adult learning more comprehensive， expanding the breadth of adult learning in China. Second， MOOC is greatly improving the autonomy of adult learning， and enhancing the depth of adult learning in China. In these two trends， universities and enterprises have played important roles. This paper analyzes the changes of adult learning in E-learning， corporate E-learning， MOOC and corporate MOOC. It argues that the future of mobile learning technology will bring China's adult learning a third new opportunity， in promoting the social learning of adults.
