Surging Tide: Dynamics of Teaching Reform in the Modern World ———An Special Interview with Mr. Tao Xi-ping

在当下危机与机遇并存的时代，世界范围掀起了新一轮教育改革，其主要特征体现在政府主导、问题引领、改革过程矛盾错综等多方面。然而，很多国家仍然面临着教育质量无法得到保障的问题，因此越来越多的国家开始关注教育质量问题，特别是教学质量问题。本文是对陶西平先生的专访。他阐述了近十年来世界教学改革发展动向的六个方面：（1）从全面教育向全民学习转变；（2）从课程中心向学生中心转变；（3）从能力导向向价值导向转变；（4）更加关注技能培养；（5）信息技术从工具向教学模式转变；（6）教育测评从单一测评向综合评价转变。

In an era of the coexistence of crisis and opportunities，a new round education reform has been started worldwide. The reform is mainly featured in the government-led，problem-guided and complicated reform process. However，many countries are still faced with the poor education quality problems. Therefore，an increasingly growing countries begin to pay close attention to education quality issues，especially the teaching quality. In nearly a decade，the trend of teaching reform of various kinds are springing up constantly which could be summed up in the following six aspects：（1）education goal changed from comprehensive education to learning for all；（2） educational ideology changed from curriculum-centered to student-centered；（3）students cultivation changed from ability-oriented to value-oriented；（4）more attention was paid to the skills cultivation；（5）information technology changed from being an instrument to a specific teaching mode；（6）the education evaluation changed from single aspect to comprehensive aspects.
