实施学生生涯教育与指导是全面提高学生综合素质的需求，是普通高中多样化发展的需要，是深化教育改革与发展的具体措施。在以人为本科学发展观的指导下，生涯教育与指导必须以全面深化教育领域综合改革为前提，以教育创新、人才培养创新的新思维而实施。
