监控系统作为高校校园稳定的安全保障，其使用效果直接关系到高校和谐校园构建的顺利进行。而基于IMOS 技 术的校园IP 网络视频监控系统则具有使用成本低、图像清晰、系统稳定性强、存储量大且易于调取和扩展性强等特点，十分符 合当今高校的技防需求。文章结合徐州工程学院校园IP 监控平台的开发应用成效，从IMOS 的核心技术入手，提出了基于IMOS 技术的校园IP 网络视频监控系统基本构架，并对整个系统四大主题的原理和应用进行了详尽分析，以期为当今高校校园技防系 统的建设提供理论和实践指导。

The supervising and controlling system is the security of higher education campus， the use result of which is directly related to the going-on of the construction of harmonious campus. The internet video controlling and monitoring system is based on IMOS technology and is Characterized by low cost， clear image， highly stability， large storage ， easy availability and high extension， thus conform to the need of higher school campus. Combining the effects of IP supervising and controlling system of Xuzhou Institute of Technology and taking the advantage of IMOS technology， the author puts forward the frame of internet video controlling and supervising system based on IMOS technology and has a detailed analysis of the principles and application of the four system themes in hope that it serves as a constructive instruction to the construction of the current higher school campus security system.
