中文摘要 | 多民族国家的民族发展和团结,关系到国家长治久安的问题,而教育是民族发展的 基础,也是各民族交往、融合的桥梁。当前,民族教育政策的研究应主要包括以下三个方面的内 容:少数民族教育发展政策、双语教育政策和民族理解政策。在开展民族教育政策的国际比较 研究时,必须研究该国的主流文化及各少数民族的文化。我们可采用田野研究、文献研究等方 法,深入理解他国民族教育政策出台的历史文化背景以及政策出台的意义,并详细了解该项政 策执行的情况和效果,切莫就事论事,妄下结论。 |
英文摘要 | The development and unity of all the peoples in a multiethnic country is a fundamental matter crucial to prolonged political stability. Education is the foundation of ethnic development, as well as the bridge for ethnic communication and integration. The current study content of ethnic education polices should mainly focus on three aspects including the polices of educational development of ethnic minorities,bilingual policies,educational polices for ethnic understanding. When carrying out international and comparative research on the ethnic e-ducation polices,we must study the mainstream culture of the countries and the culture of all kinds of ethnic minorities. By using first hand investigation and documentary methods, we need to understand deeply the historical and cultural background of ethnic education policies and significance,as well as examining the practical effectiveness of implementing the policies. |
