中文摘要 | 生态公民意味着不同区域、不同代际的公民依据各自所享有的“生态足迹”的界限,公正分配彼此的生态权利与义务。关系性思维(世界观),生态权利本位和义务意识是其根本特征。因此,生态公民教育必须着力于培养学生具有以“关系”为核心的世界观,重点是对生态权利的发展性和公共性有充分的认识和把握,同时,在生态义务方面,应该以在明确个体与他者的内在利益关联的基础上,坚守生态义务的法律底线,明确生态义务的联合主体并具有节制的美德。 |
英文摘要 | An ecological citizen is a citizen who lives in different places and across different generations undertakes the right and duty justly according to the boundary of "ecological footprint". Relational thinking (view of the world), ecological right being the center and awareness of the duty are the essential traits of ecological citizen. Therefore, the ecological citizenship education should help students to develop the relational thinking, enhance their understanding of the expansibility and publicity of ecological right , adhere to the legal bottom line of ecological duty based on the understanding of the benefit accordance between oneself and the others, make sure that the citizen, enterprise and government undertake the ecological duty together , and bring up the virtue of control. |
