中文摘要 | 经过为期三年的参与式教学培训,上海市M 区进城务工人员随迁子女学校的课堂发生了较大 变化。本文在对七所学校14 节课堂进行观察测量的基础上,通过与三年前课堂观察结果进行对比分析,发现: 学校教师对参与式教学理念已经普遍认同,教学技能得到了有效改进,课堂质量也获得了整体提升。 |
英文摘要 | Great changes and improvement happened in the classrooms of schools for rural migrant children in M District’ Shanghai after the intervention of a three-year participatory teacher training.We did classroom observation analysis on 14 classrooms (Chinese, English, mathematics) in seven schools and conducted comparative analysis of the 2011 and 2014 by using data from observation protocols. Research findings: school teachers have widely recognized the concept of participatory teaching, improved teaching skills effectivily and enhanced the overall classroom teaching quality largely. |
