EU's Strategy for Entrepreneurship Education in the New Age

迈入新的历史发展阶段，面对当前的经济局势与未来发展需求，2013 年，欧盟通过《2020 创业行 动计划》提出了系统的创业教育行动战略。该行动计划强调终身创业能力培育的发展走向，从欧盟与成员国 两个层面制定了基础教育与高等教育两个阶段的创业教育规划，提出为不同人群制定创业教育服务，为欧 盟成员国未来几年创业教育体系建设指明了方向。

Stepping into the new historical period， faced with the current economic situation and prospective development needs， EU published the‘Entrepreneurship 2020 Action Plan’as part of its systematic strategy for entrepreneurship education. The action plan highlights the trend of lifelong entrepreneurial competence. From the perspectives of EU and its member states， the plan puts forward a framework for entrepreneurship education in basic education and higher education， and provides tailored entrepreneurial support for different groups of people， which indicates the direction of development in EU's entrepreneurship education in the next few years.
