Analysis of the Development of ALCUE Common Area of Higher Education in the Background of Internationalization of Higher Education

20 世纪末以来，国际化成为高等教育发展的主要趋势之一。世界范围内的高等教 育交流与合作发展迅速，建设一个开放、统一的高等教育区成为拉美与欧盟在高等教育国际化 背景下的重要目标。在“拉美—欧盟”高等教育区的建设过程中，拉美国家在教育项目与合作、 跨地区的人才流动、国际化的教学模式、科研和学术活动的国际合作等方面取得了丰硕成果， 推动了拉美高等教育体系的国际化进程。

Since the end of the last century，the internationalization has become the main trend of the development of higher education. Worldwide communications and cooperation of higher education have developed rapidly and the construction of an open and unified common area of higher education has also become the main object of the cooperation relationship between Latin America and EU. During the process it has achieved fruitful results in Educational project and cooperation; Trans- regional flowof talent; internationalization of courses as well as academic research and activities of international cooperation.
