从1999年一2013年“全国优秀博士论文”看我国人文社会科学博士生培养

Chinese Doctoral Education in Humanities and Social Sciences ： Based on Selection of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertations

本文以1999年一2013年人文社会科学领域的全国优秀博士论文作为研究对象，从学科分布、机构 分布、指导教师分布等方面进行统计分析。研究发现：我国人文社会科学“优博”的数量与我国人文社会科学在 整个学科体系中的地位息息相关；优博”的各学科表现与学位授予规模并不完全直接相关；优博”数量与学科 水平具有较高的相关性，部分一级学科甚至表现为高度相关；高等学校是“优博”的绝对主体；博士生导师的学 术影响对“优博”的数量有直接影响。因此，为提高我国人文社会科学博士培养质量，建议如下：提升我国人文 社会科学博士教育在学科体系中的地位；提升人文社会科学的学科水平；重视高等学校人文社会科学博士生培 养；是升导师学术水平。

This article examined National Excellent Doctoral Dissertations (NEDDs) in humanities and social sciences from 1999 to 2013 and analyzed their distributions of disciplines， degre^conferring institutions and doctoral supervisors. The research findings indicate that the number of NEDDs in humanities and social sciences is closely related to the status of humanities and social sciences in various disciplines. The number of NEDDs is not completely directly related to the number of degrees granted， but highly correlated with the development level of a discipline for most disciplines. Universities， as compared with the other types of institutions，are the major providers of Chinese doctoral education in humanities and social sciences. Doctoral supervisors have a direct impact on the number of NEDDs and the quality of doctoral education.
