中文摘要 | 辅导员工作的有效性直接关系到大学生思想政治教育有效性的实现和高校人才培养的水平,也 是辅导员职业价值的外在表现和评价依据。经过对广东省40 所高校辅导员工作现状的调查,本文对辅导员 工作有效性的现状评价和影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示:辅导员工作有效性的自我评价和学生评价 较高;高校对辅导员工作有效性的认同度不高。主观和客观两方面的因素影响了高校辅导员工作有效性的 深度和广度。主观因素包括:辅导员的职业态度缺乏较高的人生价值导向;辅导员的教育理念导向错位;辅 导员的个人素养结构不完善。客观因素包括:人员配备失衡,导致工作效能低;核心职能不明,影响工作专业 化;发展路径不畅,导致工作后劲不足。对策和建议如下:主观上提升辅导员自我工作效能;客观上改革辅导 员管理体制和职业发展机制. |
英文摘要 | Counselor's job effectiveness is directly related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the quality of talent cultivation in higher education institutions, and is also the external manifestation and evaluation basis of counselor's career value. Through an investigation of counselors' work status at 40 colleges in Guangdong Province, the author conducts an empirical study on the status evaluation and impact factors of counselor's job effectiveness. It is found out that the self-evaluation and student assessment are relatively high on counselor's job effectiveness, while college's recognition of counselor's job effectiveness isn't. There are both subjective and objective factors influencing the depth and breadth of college counselor's job effectiveness. Subjective factors are summarized as follows: college counselor's professional attitude is lack of life value orientation; counselor's educational notion is misoriented; counselor's individual quality structure is not perfect. Objective factors include the unbalanced distribution of human resources, the ambiguous definition of counselor's core functions, and the unsmooth career path for college counselors. The author also puts forward some suggestions for enhancing college counselor's job effectiveness. |
