中文摘要 | 本研究选取2013 年上海市属高校新入职教师培训的“行动学习”模块作为调研内容,对部分 学员在培训前后的模拟课堂教学表现和教学观念进行了对比分析。调查发现,整体上,培训前后学员的 各项教学技能都有不同程度的进步。与前测成绩相比,学员“教学常规执行能力”、“逻辑表达能力”、“教 学技术运用能力”和“教学方法运用能力”的后测成绩均有明显提高。其中,“教学技术运用能力”成绩上 升幅度最大;“教学方法运用能力”前后测得分都是四项中最低的。学员在“教学准备”、“教学过程”和 “教学结果”环节的后测成绩较前测均有提高。结合对部分学员的访谈资料,本研究最后就学员组成多 元化、培训内容的转化、学员的评价体系、培训专家库建设等议题,对完善新教师入职项目提出了改进 建议。 |
英文摘要 | This paper conducts an empirical study on the effectiveness of the orientation program tailored for new faculty at selected municipal colleges in Shanghai in 2013, with a focus on the "action learning" section. Through pre- and pro- tests of the teaching performance and teaching concept in a simulated classroom setting for selected trainees, the study finds that the teaching performance of new faculty members have exhibited positive changes in terms of routine teaching behaviors, the application of teaching technique and technology, and oral communication. Based on interviews with selected trainees, the study puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of teaching skills development program, including the diversification and evaluation of trainees, the qualification of trainers and the relevance of the training content. |
