英文摘要 | The allocation of medical schools around the world demonstrates severe geographical imbalances in the distribution of medical education resources, especially a widespread shortage of medical personnel in developing countries. Nowadays, this situation is getting even worse as medical human resources tend to flow from developing countries to developed countries. Drawn upon the global code of practice on the international recruitment of health personnel issued by WHO, the paper analyzes the retention measures and strategies for medical human resources in other countries and discusses their implications for China. |
