中文摘要 | “普通高中教育任务”是中国教育政策文件当中经常使用的一个独特概念,体现着中国普通高中教育的价值取向,也折射出普通高中教育的功能定位和发展水平。建国以来,中国有关普通高中教育任务的表述,经历了一个以“双重任务”(准备升学与准备就业)为轴心,不断丰富和完善的过程。当前,随着高等教育的大众化和高中教育的普及化,教育界对于普通高中教育任务的表述,有一些新认识,也有一些分歧和争论。基于对历史传统和当前社会形势的考虑,本文提出关于普通高中教育任务的表述,应该在继承传统双重任务的基础上做进一步的扩展和整体化理解,具体包含“五项任务”:为成人做准备(人格教育)、为未来公民做准备(公民教育)、为终身发展做准备、为升学做准备以及为就业做准备。这五项任务的排列顺序意味着普通高中教育任务价值上的优先性和前后之间的逻辑与实践关联。 |
英文摘要 | The “general high school education mission,,is a popular concept in educational policy documents in China,and reflects the value orientation and development level of general high school education. Since 1949,statements about the mission of general high school education in China have focused on the “dual tasks,,(i. e . preparation for college entrance and preparation for employment), even though the specific content has changed during the time. Now,with the massification of higher education and popularization of upper secondary education in China,some new ideas and debates on the general high school education have emerged. This paper reexamines these ideas and debates,and proposes “five tasks of general high school education"i.e.,preparation for being a person (character education) ,preparation for citizenship (civic education),preparation for lifelong development (lifelong education) ,as well as preparation for college entrance and preparation for employment. The order of the five tasks signifies the priority and the logical and practical connections among them. |
