高职的专业投入和学生就业的关系初探———以全国制造大类专业为例

Study on the Relationship Between Major Inputs and Employment of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges： Taking National Manufacturing Majors for Example

在微观的专业层面，高等职业教育的课程、教师和校企合作要素对学生就业的影响如何？所属院校的特征和地区的经济背景又是如何影响专业的生产效率的？本文以全国制造大类的专业为研究对象，采用随机前沿方法进行实证分析，发现：专任教师的比例等要素会对学生的就业产生积极的影响；不同类型的院校之间的人才培养效率出现了分化；地区的人均ＧＤＰ和产业结构水平对高职的人才培养效率影响显著。

At the micro major level， what are the impacts of higher vocational curricula， teachers and college~enterprise collaboration on student employment ? How do colleges' characteristics and regions' economic background influence vocational education ?Focusing on manufacturing majors，this research applies the method of Stochastic Frontier Analysis to examine the production efficiency of higher vocational education in China. The results show that the proportion of full-time teachers and other elements of inputs have positive effects on student employment ； the production efficiency is different across different types of colleges ； both the GDP per capita and the industrial structure of the region significantly affect the production efficiency of higher vocational education.
