中文摘要 | 自主创新型大学是指在资源紧缺的情况下,适应外部环境的变化,运用企业化的运作模式,在大学内外部进行一系列的创新举措,实现了组织转型的高校。本文以变革式的组织转型理论为依据,分析了民办高等教育的代表———西安欧亚学院的最新进展。西安欧亚学院作为自主创新型大学所具有的特质是:有一个具有企业家精神的领军人物,与学校周边的合作融洽,有自由支配的资金进行“试错”与创新,有一个由先进理念支撑的组织结构,有一个整合的创业文化。 |
英文摘要 | An enterprise university is a university that, under limited resources,adapts to changes in the external environment,adopts enterprise operation modes,and carries out a series of internal and external innovative operations,to achieve organizational transformation. Enterprise universities can be divided into two types : evolutional organizational transformation and knowledge application. This paper analyzes the latest progress made by Xi'an Eurasia University,a representative of private higher education institutions,based on the theory of evolutional organizational transformation. The entrepreneurial qualities of Xi’an Eurasia University include an entrepreneurial leader,harmonious cooperation with nearby colleges and universities,discretionary funds for “trial and error” and innovation,organizational structure supported by advanced concepts,and integrated entrepreneurial culture. |
